The Aviation Selection Test Battery (ASTB) is a crucial examination utilized by the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard to meticulously assess candidates for their pilot and flight officer training programs. Similarly, the U.S. Navy utilizes a condensed version of this exam, known as the Officer Aptitude Rating (OAR), to evaluate candidates for Officer Candidate School (OCS).
